Engineering and Verification Protocols
Every batch of bamboo, glass and cotton we receive is checked for cracks, splinters and loose seals before it is packed. We measure the glass thickness, test the rubber seals and inspect the stitching on cotton items. This takes time, but it stops faulty goods from reaching customers.
The Science Behind the Build
Bamboo is a fast-growing grass that is naturally hard and light. We use bamboo that is heat-treated to resist moisture, so it does not warp in a humid kitchen. Borosilicate glass is made with silica and boron trioxide, which gives it a low thermal expansion coefficient and makes it safe for hot liquids.
- Quality check: every lid is fitted and tested before dispatch.
- Traceability: each batch is labelled with its producer and production date.
Why This Matters for Daily Use
A well-made jar keeps rice dry and a cotton bag that holds its shape after washing. Batch checks mean you get the same quality in every order, not just the first one. That reliability is what makes a zero waste routine easy to keep.
