Every order on terranest.site, which is run by TerraNest UK Limited, is covered by these terms. Placing an order means you accept them. Please read them together with the Delivery, Returns and Privacy pages.
1. The seller

2. The goods
TerraNest UK Limited sells zero waste and eco-friendly household goods, including reusable kitchen and cleaning products, natural personal care and cosmetic items, refillable containers, and lifestyle accessories made from sustainable materials. These goods are intended for everyday household use and general wellbeing, and are not medicines, supplements, or medical devices. The product pages say what's included, how much and the form. Photos are illustrations; the actual packaging may differ slightly.
3. Ordering and contract
Your order is placed when you finish checking out. We confirm it by email, and the contract starts when we dispatch the goods. If stock runs out or we can't verify your details, we may turn down the order and refund any payment you made.
4. Prices and payment
Prices appear in GBP and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept: Cash on delivery. If a price is an obvious error, we may correct it before dispatch and ask you to confirm or cancel.

The Delivery & Payment page has the full details on delivery options, timeframes and costs. From the moment the goods are handed over to you, you carry the risk.
6. Product images and colours
We take photos of the actual goods we ship. Colours on your screen depend on your monitor's calibration, the browser and the room's light, so a slight shade difference isn't a defect and doesn't entitle you to a free return or compensation. Dimensions, materials and contents are listed on the product page.
7. Transfer of risk
We're responsible for the goods until the courier hands them to you or to the person you named at the delivery address. After that, the risk of loss or damage is yours. If there's visible transport damage, note it with the courier and tell us within 48 hours.
8. Returns and warranty
You may send goods back within 30 days of delivery, as set out on the Returns page. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods sold by TerraNest UK Limited must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. This statutory warranty lasts for up to six years in England and Wales and five years in Scotland, and gives you the right to repair, replacement, or a refund for faulty goods. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
- Customized or personalized items, such as engraved bamboo containers, made-to-order zero waste kits, and bespoke refill sets, cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Perishable items and products with a short shelf life, including natural cleaning concentrates with live enzymes and compostable goods, cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
- Unsealed personal care and cosmetic items, such as opened shampoo bars, deodorant creams, and lip balms, cannot be returned once the tamper-evident seal is broken.
- Items inseparably mixed after delivery, such as bulk refill products dispensed into a customer's own container, cannot be returned.
- Digital content or media unsealed by the consumer, such as downloadable eco-living guides or digital care instructions, cannot be returned once accessed.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TerraNest UK Limited's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the total amount paid for that order or £100, whichever is lower. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms never limit liability that the law says can't be limited.
10. Age and use
To place an order you need to be at least 18. Use products as described on the label; they aren't a substitute for medical advice.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of your local law. If an issue cannot be resolved by an open conversation with us, it will be referred to the court holding jurisdiction over the seller's registered address, without limiting any consumer rights granted by your country of residence.
