What materials are used in your zero waste home products?
Our range uses bamboo, organic cotton, borosilicate glass, stainless steel and natural rubber. Every item lists its full material composition on the product page, so you know exactly what you are bringing into your home.
How do you dispatch orders and what are the payment options?
We dispatch orders on business days. Orders placed before 13:30 are packed and handed to the courier the same day. You can pay by cash on delivery or bank transfer. The delivery page shows the delivery options available for your postcode.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. Just contact our support team and we will send you the return instructions. We do not accept returns of used items.
How do I know the products are genuinely eco-friendly?
We work directly with small producers and check every batch before dispatch. Our labels list the materials and the country of origin. If you have a question about a specific item, our team can tell you exactly where it was made and what it contains.
